May/June Update!

Hello!

So I haven't been updating this blog and I was doing so well for the past 2 months.  However, I have a GREAT excuse.  So since graduation, I have moved into my new place, started a new job, and spent 2 weeks in BoStOn!

I haven't spent as much time in my new place because of the new job, learning to be a single parent with the puppies and spending a lot of time with Cory and others while I still have the chance.  Hopefully I will have some time to look into getting more furniture (such as a kitchen table & a couch) so I can be mostly set in my new place.

This is the beginning of my 4th week at my new job and so far I have to say that I am really pleased with the company!  So far they have spent a lot of time and effort into getting me trained (today I took my first calls from a REAL customer) so I am confident and able to help our policyholders.  My first week was mostly just online and virtual training, then they sent me to Boston for 2 weeks where I participated in classroom training and had an AmAzInG time.  The weather was great, the city was pretty and I just really liked being able to walk everywhere once I was in the downtown area.  Not really the same thing as Phoenix, but something to hope for in my next rotation :-)
